American Flag with the Statue of Liberty, the symbol of hope for many immigrants
For most immigration issues, the US immigration process relies on the filing of a number of
requested forms for immigration. All USCIS forms (formally INS forms) are FREE of charge on the
official USCIS.gov website (the link found below ). You can view and download the USCIS forms
online using the latest version of Adobe's Acrobat Reader in PDF format, or you can call and order
forms by phone at 1-800-870-3676.

If you find any non-official website where you are asked to pay a fee for downloading or using an
immigration form available on the USCIS website, please be aware.  Also, forms obtained from
non-official websites may not always be current, and using old or outdated forms could result in
your application or petition being delayed or possibly denied. If you have any questions, concerns,
or doubts, check with an experienced immigration attorney, and remember that additional  forms
and fees may also be required, depending on the circumstances of your case.

Please Note: Not all immigration-related forms are produced by USCIS. The official government
agency links referenced below issue immigration forms which may be useful to you to view and
download:
